Another year has gone by

Well, it’s been almost a year since I touched a wrench to my car and some of it is due to laziness, some of it is due to health issues and some of it has to do with no time and welcome distractions

Unfortunately, I had to have major abdominal surgery last month and leading up to that I was in no condition to work on anything due to my abdominal issues.

Next week I have a post-op Dr. appt. to get the "All Clear" to lift more than 20 lbs., that's 9.071847 kgs. for you non-U.S. citizens. Once I receive the all clear I start working on stuff again. Hopefully after I clear my list of broken stuff around the house and vehicles, I can get back to working on my 50 Pontiac.

This summer I did spend time doing some well needed fishing and that was most enjoyable. I love fishing. I also lost interest in working on the car because $$$ has been an issue this whole year in our household and when you have no cash you buy "no" things.
