Removing the Chrome

This week (08/12-15/2018), my youngest son John and I removed the remaining chrome from the vehicle; an interesting process.
We also completed the process of disassembling the front clip and the air intake duct work from the front clip assembly.
Most of the chrome either has clips or nuts and screws holding it to the vehicle with the exception of the rear window glass chrome which appears to be tucked under the glass rubber.
The rear window chrome will not be removed at this time because I'm afraid I will break the glass while in the process of removing it and I really do not want to replace glass. Very expensive.
For my son John and I it took about 6 hours to remove most of the chrome from the hood, trunk, front fenders, and rear fenders. There are lot's of nuts, screws, and clips.
Here are some of the pictures of the process.

Here I am (Below), removing the rear bumper valence.

Hopefully I'll continue to be motivated and keep working on the old girl.
I'm 2 years into a 5 year plan and I feel like I am falling behind.
I want to complete this project within the next 3 years so that my youngest son John could possibly take this baby to his Junior Prom and I also want give some very special elderly people in my life a nostalgic ride before they leave this earth.
Peace to you all.
